Our Services
What we handle
— by file type
We open files for online investment loss — fake-broker platforms, refusal-to-withdraw trading sites, cryptocurrency exchange and token scams, Ponzi-style “investment” shells. Each category below is what we actually open as a file, not a marketing list.
-
Broker chargeback files
Trading-platform fraud where the broker refused withdrawals or vanished after deposits. We open chargeback files with the payment processor, document the transactional record, and pursue restitution through civil claim where chargeback alone won't recover.
-
Cryptocurrency trace & restitution
Wallet-to-wallet trace using blockchain forensics for losses sent to scam exchanges, fake DEX front-ends, or rug-pulled tokens. Where assets land on a regulated exchange we move quickly to flag and freeze.
-
Investment-platform exits
Funds transferred to an “investment platform” that turned out to be a Ponzi or shell — civil claim filings, asset tracing, and coordinated restitution work with provincial securities regulators.
-
Cross-border asset claims
Funds tracked across borders to offshore exchanges, foreign bank wires, or international payment rails. Mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) work where applicable; private tracing where it's faster.
-
First case review
Free 30-minute review of your situation — what was lost, how, and whether the recovery path is realistic enough for us to open a file. No commitment either way.
-
Litigation & court orders
Where civil-claim proceedings are required to compel restitution — pleadings drafted, hearings argued, and where appropriate, asset-freeze and disclosure orders pursued through Canadian courts.
E-commerce disputes, business email compromise, identity theft, and fake-loan schemes fall outside our scope. We work exclusively in online investment loss and cryptocurrency-related claims.
